Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or may be subject to partial refund based on inspection.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and share the return shipping instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: innerwear, personalized or custom-made products, items marked as final sale, and any product that is damaged due to misuse or not in its original condition.
